KUNG WALA KAYONG VIDEO NA HINIHINGI NAMIN, HINDI NA KAMI MAG AAKSAYA NG ORAS TO REPLY KASI KAHIT ANONG GAWIN NAMIN YUNG VIDEO PO NEED BOTH PARTIES (SELLER and J&T ) TO CHECK KUNG ANO ANG KULANG OR KUNG ANO ANG DUMATING. KASI MISMONG COURIER PO NANGHIHINGI NG VIDEO FOR REFUND PROCESS.
