Chong’s Chicken Inasal - Cubao Branch

While waiting for the installation of ORION PH lights, across their shop I saw this small stall of Chicken Inasal. Curiously, we went and tried it out!

The taste of the Chicken is very similar with Mang Inasal’s Chicken, its slightly sweet which is perfect for Filipino palate. Also, you were given a pair of gloves so that you can enjoy to eat with your hands only and no utensils!

I enjoyed their Java Rice, it is not the same in some budget eateries that only uses color and light seasoning just to be called Java Rice. Their version of Java Rice is flavorful, you can taste the margarine and other elements in the rice not plain nor bland.

Rate: 8/10

Verdict: You should try it out too if you are in the area! It is worth the price!
