THE JOURNEY OF HOPE Part 2

Hey Folks!

I'll be doing a ride for a cause. Another mission, but this time is to raise funds for Team ABC's bid at the UCI Gravel World Championship in October. I never had any formal training in cycle racing due to budget constraints, but riding long distances made me stronger. I find joy in suffering while cycling.

How can you help? I will ride from July 18-31, reaching certain designated (9) checkpoints. This will also serve as my training for Worlds. It would be great if you can pledge a monetary amount. You can set aside a (P100) Hundred pesos or maybe a peso per kilometer I finish. Piso per kilometro has a good ring to it, right? Proceeds of this fundraiser will be added into our team's budget.

DnB (Drum and Bass) music scoring for the last Sunday’s ride. It illustrates how my heart pounded after long hiatus from rides and sleep deprivation prior to the gravel day. The pounding became unnoticed later on; stole the spotlight by the fun and laughs of homies who visited the backyards of Bacoor.
