Whenever I feel unmotivated to do tasks (or lazy 🤣 pls forgive me), I write words of affirmation from myself or from different people, may it be from my the people close to me, from a book, or from iconic people! 😸

Whatever you're facing, always remember that you're doing great as long as you're making small progress every step of the way! ☺️ your act to exist today is already a small progress, give yourself a pat on the back! 🧡
