Why I Scaled Back N28 Clothing to Build a New Design Brand

As the owner of N28 Clothing, I've gained valuable experience in the clothing streetwear industry, particularly with DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing Method.

The main challenge I faced with N28 Clothing was the time-consuming process of creating trend designs and illustrations. While quality design prints required a lot of time and work, the profits and earnings could only sustain basic needs and expenses, leading to limited growth.

After reviewing my path, I've decided to pursue full-time employment again. This 8-5 job will help rebuild my funds for future business growth. Alongside employment, I'm establishing a design brand to generate additional income while improving my T-shirt design skills.

Though building a new brand is challenging, the benefits of remote or online work make it worthwhile. This business model doesn't require on-site presence, offering greater flexibility.

Introducing Merch Mechanics Design Lab

After careful consideration, I'm transitioning my focus to specialized t-shirt design services. This strategic change allows me to:

- Use my design expertise while maintaining a flexible work schedule
- Provide design services remotely without handling physical products
- Support customers worldwide with online design services
