Looks bikini contests in public beaches are prohibited both Thursday and Friday. Also note that the article mentions the ban on bikini open's having a defined 500 meter distance from the Santa fe church.

Lo looks like the ban is on bikini contests and not on wearing bikini's.... Can someone confirm this? Help keep unnecessary arrests due to a misunderstanding of this ordinance. Thank you!
