Things that changed after I got it:

-I felt a little lost. For the first time, I wasn’t limited by my work permit, and suddenly there were so many career paths to choose from.
-I felt free. Opportunities that once seemed out of reach started to feel possible.
-No more worrying about having to leave and go back home. Canada is now officially my second home.

It’s funny how getting PR wasn’t just about a new status, it also came with new questions, new possibilities, and a whole new chapter of life.

One year later, I’m still figuring things out, but I’m grateful for how far I’ve come. ❤️🇨🇦
