I’m not saying WFH isn’t good, but I also can’t agree that I made a wrong decision.

WFH is definitely convenient, who wouldn’t love working in pajamas, managing your own time, and staying at home? But I reached a point where I had to weigh things out. Living here in Canada played a big part in that decision.

Yes, I left but I wouldn’t say I hated WFH because it was a great experience, and my clients were kind and amazing.

Now I’m still adjusting, but I’m slowly finding peace and happiness in the office.

To aspiring VAs, continue learning. You can’t stop just because you knew I left mine. Sometimes you just need to weigh things and your value really depends on where you are.
