-Won’t submit to anyone
-What men can do, I can do
-I got my own money
-Ayaw mo na? Fine, break na tayo!
Maaring iba ang tingin mo sa tingin ko, at tingin ng nanay at lola mo. Anuman ang pinili mo, guaranteed may strengths at weaknesses yan. Kaya let us not lean on our own view of womanhood. 🧐Huwag extremely and foolishly “traditional” sa puntong napapabayaan ang sarili, nagpapakababa ng pagkatao, hinahayaang maabuso, nagiging biktima ng violence, masyadong emotional. Huwag rin extremely and foolishly “contemporary” na mahirap na tayong makausap o makasama, mapagmanipula, masyadong tigasin, bayolente, externally nice and beautiful pero sa loob, bitter at insecure. 😬

A lot can be done. You can work and do business. But remember that you also have the business to take care of your spouse, children and household. We are not inferior to our husbands. But we have distinct roles from them. You can reflect your femininity and be a strong woman without being a false copy of man. Kasi, kung parehas kayo ng asawa mo-- kung anong meron sya, meron ka. Kung sino sya, yun ka. Kung ano magagawa nya, magagawa mo—ibig sabihin, hindi mo na siya kailangan. Sino ang magpupuna ng pagkukulang ng isa?
What are your gifts? Passions? Talents? What personality has God uniquely given you? Are you a Wife? Mother? Employee? Business owner? To the singles, don’t go solo. You are part of the community.
Long story short, when girls and women are given opportunities when they participate the godly and wise way, it proves that we can have healthier families and communities. So go,
✅Find out your role.
✅Fulfill your responsibility. And most importantly,
✅Find true wisdom in God.
