1. How much?

2. Is the item available?
We strongly recommend clients to message us for the availability of the item/s you would like to order because we also sell outside Facebook.
3. How do I order?
You may send in your name, address, contact number, MOP and expected date of payment.
4. How can I pay for my order?
We accept BPI, BDO, GCash and Paypal (credit card) payments only. We strongly recommend sending payments via banks instead of money transfer services like Western Union for your own safety. For paypal payment, we charge -10% service fee.
5. Is it safe to order from your online store?

6. How long do I have to wait for my order/s to arrive?
For on-hand items will be shipped via JRS. Transit time once item has been shipped is 1-4 working days.For pre-order items, ETA is 4-6 weeks after cut-off. Once item has arrived and balance has been settled, transit time for local delivery is 1-4 working days.
7. Do you allow pick-up/meet-ups?
No, we do not have a physical store for pick-up and we can not entertain meet-ups due to working schedule.
8. Do you offer lay-away plans?
Yes, on-hand items worth P7,500 and up. 30% down payment, 70% balance payable in 14 days - 35% every 7 days. If item is not paid by the 15th day, it will be forfeited.
9. Do you allow re-sellers?
Yes, feel free to become a reseller but please be responsible for your own purchases and payment deadlines.
