Here are some of the many artisans that make of the collective of Inhabited Art.
KURAME is a brand made up of artisan women in the Huichol tribe. KURAME means "heal me" in Spanish and it is also the word for the sound of the husking of the corn in the Huichol Tribe. The corn stalk is sacred to the Wixáritari.
Like all Huichol art, the bead work depicts the prominent patterns and symbols featured in the Huichol religion.
