โขTo secure your desired gown and date you need to go in our shop to fit the gown or suit you want. Once you've chosen your gown and completed a fitting, if you want to reseverved it right away you can secure it with a 500-1000 security deposit, the remaining rental fee balance can be settled before or on the exact pick up date.

๐๐: Fitting fee will waive if you rented or buy the gown.
โขRush renter or same day pick up are allowed as long as we can cater you.

โข๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง/Security deposit: A security deposit fee of 500-1000 is required to confirm the booking and secure the gown for your date event, which is refundable on the third day of renting if the rented item is in good condition with no any damage.
- Security deposit/Reservation fee is non refundable if you cancel the reservation.
โข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐: The full remaining rental payment is due by the gown pick-up date.

โข๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐: The standard rental period is 3days, covering pick-up, the event day, and the return day.
โข๐๐๐ญ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง: Failure to return the gown by the specified due date will result in a daily late fee of 250-500 per day, which will be deducted from your security deposit or charged to your card on file.

โข๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: You acknowledge the gown is in good condition at the time of rental. Any existing minor flaws will be noted in the agreement.
โข๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ข๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ: You are responsible for any damage (tears, permanent stains, burns, etc.) incurred while the gown is in your possession. Damage costs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and deducted from the security deposit.
โข๐๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ ๐/๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ: If the gown is lost or damaged beyond repair, you are liable for the gown's full retail replacement cost.
โข๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: Strictly no alterations are allowed without prior written consent. Any unauthorized alterations will be considered damage and charged accordingly.
โข๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ญ๐: Kindly Inform us ahead of time.
โข๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ง: There will be additional 250 fee for changing item.
โข๐๐จ ๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฐ: Failure to pick up the gown on the scheduled date without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid.
