📌Q: What are the hours of operation for Inky Nails?
📌A: We are open six days a week (Monday to Saturday) starting from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
📌Q: What type of nail services are you offering?
📌A: We are offering the following nail services: gel nail services and polygel and soft gel extensions. A detailed list of our services, including the expected prices, can be found in one of our pinned posts.
📌Q: How do we make an appointment?
📌A: You can easily book an appointment by messaging us on any of our social media platforms, preferably Facebook and Instagram. We recommend booking an appointment in advance (at least a day) in order to ensure that we can accommodate your schedule. 📌Q: Do I need to make a down payment to secure my appointment
📌A: At Inky Nails, we are requiring a down payment (25% of the nail services that you will avail of) in order to secure your appointment. This will help us ensure that we have a guaranteed appointment and minimize the risks of no-shows.
📌Q: What is your policy on rescheduling or canceling appointments?
📌A: We understand that unpredictable events may occur. Thus, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least a day in advance. We will give you back your down payment if you let us know immediately. If you fail to notify us within the time frame, the down payment may not be returned. We appreciate your understanding.
📌Q: Do I need to send you an inspiration photo when I book an appointment?
📌A: We will greatly appreciate it if you can give us any inspiration photos of your desired nail design. In that way, we can compute the price of the nail services you want to avail of and the required down payment.
📌Q: Do you offer any discount?
📌A: Since we are still a small business, discounts are not yet guaranteed. However, the chances of it happening are not totally impossible. As such, be sure to follow us on our different social media accounts to find out about any discount promos that we might offer!
