🔴MAGKANO DAPAT SUSTENTO SA ANAK🔴

Sa Pilipinas, walang eksaktong halaga na nakalagay sa batas kung magkano ang sustento ng ama, kahit OFW pa siya. Ang korte ang nagdedesisyon base sa dalawang bagay:

1️⃣ Kita ng ama
2️⃣ Pangangailangan ng bata 

Karaniwang basehan (practice ng mga korte)

Maraming abogado ang gumagamit ng estimate na porsyento ng sweldo bilang gabay:
• 20% – 30% ng sweldo para sa isang anak
• 30% – 40% kung dalawang anak
• Hanggang 50% kung marami pang anak (depende sa kita) 

Halimbawa kung OFW ang ama

Kung ganito ang sweldo niya:
• Sweldo: ₱50,000 / buwan
→ Sustento: mga ₱10,000 – ₱15,000
• Sweldo: ₱80,000 / buwan
→ Sustento: mga ₱16,000 – ₱24,000
• Sweldo: ₱120,000 / buwan
→ Sustento: mga ₱24,000 – ₱36,000

May minimum na binabanggit sa ibang proposal

May panukalang batas na nagsasabing hindi bababa sa ₱6,000 kada buwan bawat anak o mga 10% ng sahod, pero hindi pa ito ang standard rule sa lahat ng kaso. 

✅ Kasama sa sustento:
• pagkain
• gatas at gamot
• tuition / school needs
• tirahan
• damit at iba pang pangangailangan ng bata

💡 Halimbawa sa totoong sitwasyon:
Maraming OFW na pinapabayad ng korte ng ₱10,000 – ₱30,000 kada buwan depende sa laki ng sahod at gastos ng bata.
