Items were washed but still manage your expectations. Hindi po brand new ang items. :) Kung nalukot, baka naman po pwedeng plantsahin. Kung nabasa, baka naman po pwedeng labhan. Based on my own experience, after labhan at plantsahin, ang ganda pa ng damit. ♥

Shipping is out of our control. Once na-pick up na sa amin ang items, hindi na po namin alam kung saan saan dumadaan ang parcels. Ang way lang para macontact ang courier is magtetext po sila sa inyo on the day ng dating sa inyo ng items.

Before namin binabalot ang items, pinipicture-an namin to. Minsan sa dami ng orders, hindi na namin naissend sa mga buyers yung picture. Sometimes naman, naiisesend pdin namin.

As much as possible, we try to deliver the best item possible. But please, do take note na minsan may mga bagay na hindi na natin kontrol at hindi natin alam ang rason pero baka naman po pwede naman ma-resolve. Let's try to listen to each other and wag galit agad. ♥
