📌 Get one raffle coupon entry for every 500.00 worth purchase of all participating grocery items
📌 Applicable to these mode of payment (Cash, Debit card, Credit card).
📌 Promo runs from June 1 to july 31 2026. Last day of submission of entries is on until store closing hours. Raffle draw is on AUGUST 14, 2026 at NOVO PASO DE BLAS BRANCH
📌 Customer shall present the qualified tape receipt at the promo booth area, The assigned selling representative from the promo booth will verify the participating items on the receipt and will issue a raffle coupon once validated
📌 Customer should fill up the following required fields on the coupon and drop it in the drop box located at the promo booth(all fields are required)
a.) NAME
b.) CONTACT NUMBER
c.) ADDRESS
d.) SIGNATURE
📌 Assigned redemption booth personnel shall stamp the tape receipt "CLAIMED" upon joining the promo to avoid re-use.
📌 All provided details from the customer must be accurate. Any discrepancies in the details are subject to disqualification. Prizes are transferable, but not convertible to cash.
📌 Novo department store inc,. it's affiliates, partners, agencies, store tenants, respective officers, and employees and their relatives up to the second degree consanguinity or affinity ar disqualified to join the promo.

📌 After the deadline of submission of entries, sealed drop box shall be brought to novo supermarket Novo Malinta branch for safekeeping under the custody of Ms.Arvelyn Cuaresma. DTI representative will be invited to witness the opening of the drop box and drawing of winners.
📌 Winners will be notified via registered mail, email or snail mail. List of winners will be announced through in store banner.
📌 The customer can only win once in the draw, if winner is drawn more than once he/she will get the prize of higher value.
📌 Winners must present at least two(2) valid ID's. With complete name and pictures, address, winning claim stubs, and notification. In case of loss of winning ticket/stub, winner must present the following:
a.) NOTORIZED AFFIDAVIT OF LOST,
b.) VALID ID's WITH PHOTOCOPIES
📌 If the winner cannot claim the prize, winners representative must present authorization letter from the winner , 2 valid ID's of the winner, 2 valid ID's of the representative, the winning ticket/stub and sms message.
📌 Winner must claim their prize within 60 days from the receipt of the registered notice.
📌 All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited upon prior approval of DTI
📌20% tax for prize exceeding 10,000 will be shouldered by Novo Department Store Inc.
