About DSWD Social Amelioration Card
1. Barangay mismo ang dapat magsubmit ng target beneficiaries with complete documentary requirements sa DSWD for verification.
2. Target beneficiaries are:
• Senior Citizen (dapat may Senior ID)
• Person with Disability (dapat may PWD Card)
• Pregnant Women
• Solo Parents (dapat may solo parent ID; san kinukuha ang solo parent ID? sa city hall may application process and proof for that )
• Overseas Filipino in distress
• Indigent people (walang hanapbuhay or source of income; indigent certificate); indigenous people (katutubo)
• homeless citizens
• informal economy workers (independent, self- employed, small-scale producers and distributor of goods and services, vendors, kasambahay, tricycle and pedicab drivers; must present proof or certification)
Examples:
• may tindahan ipresent ang picture ng tindahan or bgy business permit
• nagbebenta ng ibat ibang produkto like direct selling products, ipresent ang certificate from company
• kasambahay (certificate)
• construction workers (certificate )
* tricycle / pedicab (present TODA I.D if applicable)
✔️lahat ng nag apply sa DSWD Social Amelioration Card ay subject for DSWD verification meaning iveverify pa ng DSWD; it does not mean na after mo pumirma at magsubmit sa bgy. ay qualified ka na.
✔️ napakaimportante na maidentify ng Barangay yung target beneficiaries; lahat ng pasok sa qualifications ay mabigyan nya ng DSWD Social Amelioration Card para masubmit nya lahat sa DSWD
✔️ Important reminder, DSWD ang magveverify at mag approve.
