SOMETIMES, STAYING TOGETHER HURTS MORE THAN WALKING AWAY.
There are couples who have stopped being partners a long time ago.
They cheat.
They fight, sometimes with fists, sometimes with words sharper than knives.
They tear each other down, day after day.
But they stay.
"For the kids," they say.
Meanwhile, the kids are watching.
Watching love turn into hate.
Watching respect turn into insults.
Watching two people who are supposed to protect them, destroy each other instead.
You think you’re saving your children by staying together.
But what you’re teaching them is that love looks like pain.
That marriage looks like war.
That it’s normal to live in fear, anger, and sadness.
You’re not staying for them. You’re breaking them.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do for your children and for yourself is to let go.
Not out of hate, but out of love for the future.
They deserve to grow up seeing peace, not chaos.
Healing, not hate.
Real love, not survival.
Don’t raise broken adults in the name of keeping a broken marriage.
