Rental Policy & Terms of Service
1. Booking & Security Deposit
Reservation Fee: A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to reserve your selected item for your target event date.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₱200 and valid government ID is required upon pickup/delivery and will be returned once the garment is safely returned and inspected.
2. Rental Period & Extensions
Standard Duration: Standard rental covers 3 Days (Day 1: Pickup/Fitting, Day 2: Event, Day 3: Return).
Late Returns: Late returns incur a fee of ₱100 per day unless an extension with payment was requested and approved in advance.
3. Fitting & Alterations
Strict No-Cut Policy: Temporary, non-destructive alterations (like minor hem tape) must be approved by us. No cutting, permanent stitching, or ironing on high heat.
4. Cleaning & Maintenance
Professional Care Included: Standard professional dry cleaning is included in your rental fee.
Do Not Wash: Please do not attempt to wash or hand-clean the garments yourself, as improper handling can damage delicate fabrics.
5. Damage, Stains & Loss
Minor Wear: Normal wear-and-tear is expected and covered.
Major Damage/Stains: Irremovable stains, fabric tears, burn marks, or altered pieces will incur repair fees deducted from the security deposit.
Total Loss: In cases of severe damage or lost/non-returned items, the client agrees to pay the full replacement value of the garment.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date can convert the down payment into store credit valid for 6 months. Down payments for last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
