🌟 Quality Bonus
Achieve a Qualified Transfer Ratio above 80% and receive an additional PKR 5,000 bonus on top of your basic salary.
📋 Leave Policy
14 paid leaves per year (informed or emergency).
Additional leaves will be deducted according to company policy.
Weekends are paid; however, if an off day is taken during the week, that week's weekend pay will not apply, along with the off day.
