We require to plant a basic structure through which we can keep and deliver its entire splendour to our next generation, we are also in great need to transform and harvest the skills and ex

pertise of these craftsmen in a shape of earning progression. we have to start a course of action of research and value addition by highlighting these various crafts like appliqué, mirror and block print work form Sindh, the jewellery and brass pottery work from Khyber pukhtonkhw, carpets thread work and shoe industry from Baluchistan, hand made fabric and leather work from kamalia an Qasoor, wood work from chineot, silver wear and mukaish work from Multan an Bahawalpur, gems an stone jewelry from Swat, Gilget and Chitral marble and stone work from Taxila. There are other areas as well whose people also have the great potential and skill which can be blend with mainstream trend movement. We need to dig out the real craftsmen from all the areas and if we can work with them at a more modern and advance level a system which will proceed parallel in between the classic and modern trends and will bore a contemporary essence of both times and crafts. Imagine an impressive show room in every major city displaying the crafts of these artisans from their skilled fields from garments to accessories or any value added product of their life style with a complete family description and a code number allotted to each of them. Envisage a profound display show of their products after every six months either on ramp or at some expo enter in the presence of their own families in front rows to show how we respect our capable people. The very idea will also break the ice among our designers who are only working for only a niche market and will allow them to come in to the reality from their fantasy fashion world. For this whole process we have to develop a website first and by enrolling skilled families by giving them a specific code number and by showing their current income and every detail of their lifestyle. Suppose if a buyer is purchasing a product either from our web site or from our show room he will also be provided with the specific code number of that family whose product is being bought. Further more he will also be provided with the contact number an address of that particular family whose items are being bought and by video and visual report from our website he can personally view this income generating process of any family and how he or she is now apart of this whole process through his generous contribution.
