We at Gulezaar Fashion accept return of products subject to the following conditions. Product is in a saleable condition and is unused, and/or unwashed, with the original tags and price labels attached along with the proof of purchase. Your proof of purchase can be an order number / invoice / Email or whats app confirmation. However, we will be unable to process your return request if:

▶ Product has no damage or issues
▶ The product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources, or your monitor settings. Thus, products are not eligible for exchange for these particular reasons.
▶ The return request is made outside the specified time frame (within 24 hours of delivery).
▶ Product is damaged because of use or has been tampered with. Anything is missing from the package including any other stuff additional to the other purchased items
