La Zapatos Future is online. Items must be returned within 3 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase .

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund 80% of purchase price or exchange those products . You must provide your name and address
The returned items must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original box. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be re

funded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets our stated conditions above. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us . If you request a size change or product change , customer will be responsible for delivery charges. Note: No return/exchange will be possible for items on SALE/Packs/Clearance except only if they are defective in any way . Once a product is shipped, the 'Exchange/Refund Policy' will apply.
