Every great denim fabric begins long before the first weave. It starts with ball warping, where yarn is prepared with precision to ensure consistency throughout process. The yarn is then rope dyed to achieve rich, long-lasting indigo shades before moving to rebeaming, where it is carefully aligned and tensioned for flawless weaving. In the sizing process, a protective coating is applied to strengthen the yarn, improving its durability and performance on the loom.

Every stage is driven by precision, expertise, and innovation laying the foundation for premium denim that stands the test of time. This is the craftsmanship woven into every thread.
