I am Muhammad Nasim Akhtar, and I write to you with a heavy heart and a pressing concern regarding my daughter, Kainat Fatima, and her daughter, Muznah Raza, 5 year old who are currently facing an unfortunate situation in Barcelona, Spain.
For the past eight months, my daughter, Kainat Raza, passport number [AT8459584 ] has been residing in Spain, Barcelona along with her daughter, Muznah Raza passport number[QK9892562 }. They are both Pakistani Nationals.Regrettably, their lives have taken a distressing turn recently. Last month, a deeply unfortunate incident occurred where my daughter was recorded slapping her daughter on her back for being late for school. This incident was manipulated by my daughters friend as revenge and as a result, Spanish authorities intervened and took custody of my granddaughter.
The situation has left my daughter devastated. INTRESS, the organization involved, has imposed restrictions preventing my daughter from speaking to her daughter for almost three months. They are not even allowing her to talk to her daughter on video call.This isolation is deeply concerning, as we noticed that when we, her grandparents, video call her we have been noticing that since past few calls, Muznah's ability to communicate in her mother tongue (mother language) appears to be deteriorating, which raises questions about her well-being. I dont think any law in the world forbids a mother communicating with her child, who just turned 5. Its been almost three months there has been no contact between the mother and daughter.
I humbly seek your assistance in this matter. As a businessman and a responsible guardian, I can assure you that I have the means and willingness to provide for my granddaughter, Muznah Raza. I am already responsible for the well-being and education of my five other children, one of whom is a successful doctor in the USA. I am more than capable of providing a safe and nurturing environment for Muznah.
I earnestly request your intervention to help reunite Muznah with her family. If there are legal concerns or issues, we are willing to cooperate fully, and I am prepared to bear all expenses related to securing guardianship and bringing Muznah back to Pakistan with the consent of her parents. We believe that her best interests lie within the loving embrace of her family.
Your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in reuniting Muznah with her family would be greatly appreciated. We are willing to comply with all necessary requirements and regulations to ensure her well-being and happiness.
