I have been associated with Eastern Garments since 1990, and over these many years, this organization has become an integral part of my professional and personal life. Serving as General Manager of Garments Dyeing has allowed me to witness the growth of Eastern Garments from close quarters.
Throughout this journey, working under exemplary leadership has been a privilege and a continuous learning experience. True leadership is defined by honesty, kindness, and deep respect for people. These qualities are not merely spoken about; they are visible in daily interactions with every individual, regardless of position.
From the early days of my career here, I observed a leadership style rooted in patience and clarity. Listening carefully, evaluating thoughtfully, and guiding with wisdom creates an environment where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas, addressing challenges, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. This culture of trust and openness has been a key factor in our steady progress.
Over the decades, Eastern Garments has grown into a strong and respected institution. Yet, despite this expansion, the foundational values of humility and simplicity remain unchanged. The character of our leadership reminds us that true success lies in maintaining integrity and compassion.
Personally, I feel deeply grateful for the opportunities I have received and for the confidence placed in me. The encouragement and trust of our leadership have allowed me to contribute meaningfully and grow within the organization. Such an environment is rare and deeply valued.
