ORDER PALCEMENT AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

To place orders please inbox us the picture of the dress(s) you wish to purchase along with your complete contact details. Customers will have to pay the shipment charges. ORDER PLACEMENT:

The colors shown in the picture might differ from the actual dress(s) considering colors as shown on your PC screen are always different as they appear in real-time. After you have provided all the aforementioned details and have of course sent us the payment we will start working on your dress(s). We give you a tentative timeline for each dress beforehand, but there is always a variance due to various factors which are beyond our control. Please remember our priority is the quality of work, always. Payment Method:
- 60% of the invoice at the time of order;
- 40% before delivery. Mode of Payment:
- ATM transfer/cash deposit.
- Online bank transfers. Terms and Conditions:

- Serious buyers;
- Once you ordered, you can't be able to make changes after 10 hours of booking.
- Considering all of our dresses are tailor made, we have a no exchange and no refund policy.
- Reservation is on the basis of first come-first served. Reservations will be cancelled after 3 days. Preference will be given to the client who makes prompt payment.
- Advance Payment need to be made after selection of dresses and after Order Placement.
- A tentative duration will be provided to the client, it would take minimum 30 days for delivery. We will not compromise on quality, hence, cooperation is appreciated.
- Formal dress may take more than 30 days for delivery.
