Spintex was established in the year 1999, With the solo aim to continue the same high value services , Murata used to provide to their customer in the geographical limits of Islamic republic of Pakistan before her official announcement of closure of Liaison office in Pakistan. It was a real challenge as to fill the gap created by the absence of a world class company that has established its reputa
tion in Pakistan purely on high value services to their customers. Before departing from Pakistan Murata was enjoying almost 80% market share in the Auto winder business in Pakistan because of their customer care management systems. We had two options
1) Copy the same service style created by Murata and thoroughly enjoyed by the 400 spinners of Pakistan who had unshakable trust in Murata’s products and their after sales service.
2) Or we should create our own system to serve them even better than Murata. The second option was a real challenge and we accepted this challenge whole heartedly. At first stage we upgraded our systems, equipped our engineers with latest communication equipments and systems so the customer may feel ease in having contact with our office in case of emergencies and in normal routine. Secondly we created and trained our staff with the most modern website that can enhance their on the spot service by knowing the history of the complain, attended by whom last time, action taken, remedies etc., This step enhanced our service level with a big jump and we became the leaders in the market of textile services. The Credit goes to our whole technical team, with the support of Murata Japan and foremost is our Director and board member Mr. Syed Ishrat Ali Zaidi who emerged as a leader in the technical team. His presence at a problematic spot means the problem resolved and never was. More than 25 years of experience in the textile industry he has vast knowledge of his field. A driving force. Allhamdollah, by the grace of almighty who has all the power , and we are nothing before him., The customers of Murata are more satisfied than ever. We are still enjoying the major share in the market. In addition we established MURATA PARTS SALES DEPARTMENT through which our customers can meet their urgent requirement. With the help of our personnel in this department they can choose most suitable parts on economical rates. Another step was taken to facilitate our customers in Pakistan when we established state of the Art Laboratory for the repairing of Printed Circuit Boards and other electronics cards. We made a contract to Hara Corporation (a subsidiary of Toyota Industries) to repair their Printed Boards in Spintex. Now we have made another contract with another world class Air Compressor manufacturer from Turkey, LUPAMAT to market their product in the vicinity of Pakistan. We aim high to grow and maintain what we have achieved in these few years and will continue to strive for the betterment of our Customers and would like to set the standards for our beloved country.
