As repeatable design and development leader, we provide unprecedented services from design to delivery through our turn key process that ensures quality at every step. Who are our Clients? Our clients range from fortune 50 to 200 footwear companies, professional athletes, new brands and small business that have established brands in need of additional design support, or looking for new development of footwear & accessories company. A clear understanding and description for any project will be determined after required discussion with the client. Our main objective is to understand is nature; goal and expectation of the project to ensure efficient design process within give time frame.
1) Design: we start process by developing a series of concepts for client. During this 2 to 3 concept review meetings held between TDS & client. Purpose of meeting is get review and narrow down designs until reach the desired designs.
2) Pre Development: The purpose of this phase is to develop all the required documents need for development phase of selected design for sampling. This document will include : upper design- tech package: measurement & application material & color selection, lining and branding. Mid sole design tech-package: measurement & application, color selection, texture and branding.
3) Development: this phase is based on transmission from 2D (dimensional) to 3D (dimensional). Our goal during this phase is to transmit design from paper to reality (samples) and further developing them into foundation. Once foundation phase is done (design patron) has been established the next step will be complete shoes with client desired material and color scheme.
4) Commercialization: this phase is where our product prepares for retail by putting it through a series of test that will certified our product and complies with parameter to sell on commercial market. Approximately 400 pairs of shoes are produced every single working day.
