Your satisfaction is what we’re working for. If you are not happy with any item upon receiving because of it being faulty, Ensha happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 10 days of original purchase. There’s a PKR 400 restocking/return fee to cover the cost of shipping the return package and restocking the merchandise. Please note that we reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. How to complete a return? Email us the picture of the article that clearly shows your concern, state the reason, subject: return at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you. Items will be approximately 98% as accurate as shown in the pictures. There might be small differences in color due to limitations in the photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings. You will receive your order maximum in 7 working days.
