We are offering bio-based Nylon Fiber PA56 with the brand name TERRYL from our Chinese principal. Bio-Based Nylon is made with natural materials like soybeans, Corn, Cotton, etc. Microorganisms change the crops i.e. Corn, Soybean, or Cotton into polyamide protein, in a similar way like silkworms convert mulberry leaves into Silk.
TERRYL comes from natural material so it has a very soft hand feel with good moisture absorption. It has excellent dyeing properties. TERRYL can be used in workwear, sportswear, thermal undergarments, etc.

Cottonised Flax Fiber

Cottonising means shortening and cleaning the Flax Fiber, making it finer and giving it similar characteristics as cotton.
Flax fiber length between 20 and 40 mm, mixed with cotton, polyester, viscose, modal, and other textile resources, mostly in a ratio of 30% flax. It is used for spinning yarn counts varying between 10 and 50 Ne.
Price and quality are determined by the fineness, cleanliness, and length of the fiber.
Variations are possible in color: cream/natural (dew retted), bleached, or wet/soiled. Some spinning mills rather prefer darker fibers to highlight the rustic/authentic aspect of flax in their fabrics or knitwear as much as possible.
