Dir Caps : A Symbol of Respect, Peace, and Dignity
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region of Pakistan's Dir district is well-known for its distinctive hat, known as the "Dir Cap." Women use a conventional weaving process to create the distinctive headwear known as the Dir Cap by hand in their homes. It is offered in white, which is regarded as a colour of peace, respect, and dignity, and is made of pure wool.
