Process Optimization Specialist - Kinga Niciak
This week, we're introducing the person who helps keep our company running like a finely tuned machine. Meet Kinga!
What exactly does Kinga do at Refloactive? Simply put, she is responsible for optimizing processes and improving efficiency across almost every area of the business. She creates and manages our price lists, develops advanced pricing tools, and will soon take full responsibility for organizing and structuring our ERP system (Subiekt). She makes sure our internal procedures are clear, efficient, and help make everyone's daily work easier.
But that's not all! You can also meet Kinga at some of the largest industry events across Europe. She has already represented Refloactive at trade fairs in Vienna, Paris, Jönköping, and Odense, and this year you'll also be able to meet her at TOUCH Messe.
Her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and open-minded approach enable her to find solutions to even the most complex organizational challenges.
Outside of work, Kinga is a true food enthusiast with a passion for fine cooking. She loves experimenting in the kitchen, with Korean and Italian cuisine being her absolute favorites. She's also a huge fan of cooking shows (she and her mom have watched every single season of the Polish hit Kitchen Nightmares!). In her free time, she enjoys watching good movies, painting, staying active, and exploring topics related to health and nutrition.
