Dear Customers,
When life gives you lemonade… wait, isn’t that the other way around? 😉
Lately, we’ve been dealing with a bit of a Meta crisis – our Cactus account and Instagram have been removed. We’re still in the appeal process, but as you can imagine, it’s taking a while. Unfortunately, this has affected our website and our communication with you, and for that we sincerely apologize.
Aleksandra is doing everything she can, but when she’s busy working on your orders, she’s not at the computer – which is why some replies may take a little longer.
We’ve also finally launched our website (yay! 🎉), and we’re constantly working on improving it and getting all our communication channels properly organized.
On top of that, we’ve recently moved our workshop, which will allow us to take on bigger and more exciting projects. But anyone who’s ever moved knows how much time and effort that takes!
We’re not complaining though – this post is just a small update on what’s been going on behind the scenes, and maybe why we’ve been a bit quieter here. Or maybe it’s just Facebook limiting our reach… which may also be connected to the removal of our beloved Cactus account.
Every day we try to be better for you – and with customers like you, it’s not hard. Despite everything, we still truly love what we do. We’re constantly working on your orders, and we promise that shipments of finished pieces will be going out ASAP (we’ve already found the packing tape – and we have plenty of boxes!).
