Some projects simply take more time than others.

This dress is decorated using hand stamping. I usually wait until I have a few orders ready and stamp them all at once. It saves time and, honestly, keeps the workshop from turning into complete chaos.

Textile stamping is one of the decorative techniques known from the Early Middle Ages. Every motif is stamped by hand before the fabric becomes a finished garment.

This is one of the girls’ dresses I made for a museum order.

With children’s garments, it’s important that the fit stays loose and allows for movement.
It also needs to be comfortable to wear and gentle on the skin.
The pure wool used here is soft and can be worn directly on the skin.

If the child grows, the length can be extended with an added band at the hem, so the dress can be worn for two or even three seasons.

I’m currently working on an order for Pierwszych Piastów na Lednicy.

These are garments for children taking part in workshops and museum lessons.

At this stage, I’m selecting fabrics and building the color palette, before moving on to sewing.

The final set is decided here: how the colors work together, how the fabrics behave, and how they feel when worn.
