Yesterday I had the privilege of attending a remarkable fashion show — 13 silhouettes from Adam Leja’s vintage collection, shown in dialogue with the exhibition “Niech nas widzą! Wizerunek, strój, ciało” at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
The exhibition is much more than a display of garments — it’s a thoughtful conversation between art, history, and identity.Among royal robes, historical armors, and haute couture from Chanel, Dior, and McQueen, I discovered countless inspirations. One of the highlights for me was a painting by Ewa Juszkiewicz — one of my absolute favourite contemporary artists. Moments like these remind me how art and fashion continue to speak to one another across time.
