Czy zauważyłaś, że nowy Monsun minimalnie różni się od pierwotnej wersji?
Krój, długość, rozkloszowanie, rękawy są takie same. Obie wersje mają identyczne, pojemne kieszenie.
Co się zmieniło? Tylko samo wiązanie - zamiast wąskiego, wszytego na stałe w szwy boczne wiązania, nowe Monsuny mają szeroki, długi i niezależny pasek, który możesz nosić na kilka różnych sposobów.
Skąd ta zmiana? Monsun jest jedną z moich ulubionych letnich sukienek - ten krój bezdyskusyjnie wygrywa w konkursie maskowania ;) Zauważyłam jednak, że wolę mieć osobne wiązanie. Uszyłam dla siebie wzór z szerszym paskiem i po pierwszej przymiarce wiedziałam, że nowe Monsuny po prostu muszą mieć taki pasek :)
Ps. W porównaniu biorą udział moje ulubione wersje kolorystyczne Monsunów - pierwszy: blueberry i nowy: ombre blue :)
Have you noticed that the new Monsun differs slightly from the original version?
The cut, length, flare, and sleeves are all the same. Both versions feature the same roomy pockets.
So, what’s changed? Just the waist tie itself—instead of a narrow tie permanently sewn into the side seams, the new Monsuns come with a wide, long, detachable belt that you can style in several different ways.
Why the change? The Monsun is one of my favorite summer dresses—its cut is the undisputed winner when it comes to a flattering, forgiving fit ;) However, I realized I preferred having a separate belt. I made a version for myself with a wider belt, and after trying it on just once, I knew the new Monsuns simply had to have one too :)
