Figure incontournable de l’avant-garde japonaise, l’artiste aux pois obsessionnels et aux célèbres « Infinity Mirror Rooms » a transformé ses visions intimes en peintures abstraites hypnotiques immédiatement reconnaissables. De ses citrouilles monumentales à ses installations grandeur nature en 2012 puis 2023 pour la maison française , son univers a brouillé les frontières entre Pop art contemporain et art conceptuel de la fin des années 1950, jusqu’à investir la Place Vendôme en 2019.
