O FashionKic é um novo projeto europeu cofinanciado pela União Europeia que procura criar uma comunidade transnacional de conhecimento e inovação para o sistema de Moda.
Num contexto de rápida transformação ambiental, tecnológica e produtiva, o projeto reúne parceiros da Grécia, Portugal, Espanha, Roménia e Dinamarca para aproximar sustentabilidade, tecnologia, investigação, educação e criação através de estruturas comuns de colaboração e circulação de conhecimento. O projeto, integrado pela Associação ModaLisboa, procura contribuir para uma transição mais sustentável, conectada e resiliente do sistema de Moda europeu.
Ao longo dos próximos dois anos, o FashionKIC irá desenvolver programas de aceleração para projetos de Moda sustentável, polos regionais de inovação, iniciativas de formação focadas em sustentabilidade e competências digitais, bem como ferramentas tecnológicas orientadas para aprendizagem, experimentação e colaboração transnacional.

FashionKIC is a new European project co-financed by the European Union that seeks to create a transnational community of knowledge and innovation for the fashion system.
In a context of rapid environmental, technological and productive transformation, the project brings together partners from Greece, Portugal, Spain, Romania and Denmark to bring sustainability, technology, research, education and creation closer together through common structures of collaboration and knowledge sharing. The project, integrated by the ModaLisboa Association, seeks to contribute to a more sustainable, connected and resilient transition of the European fashion system.

Over the next two years, FashionKIC will develop reinforcement programs for sustainable fashion projects, regional innovation hubs, training initiatives focused on sustainability and digital skills, as well as technological tools geared towards learning, experimentation and transnational collaboration.

Numa indústria que promove o consumo (demasiadas vezes desenfreado), onde está o verdadeiro valor?

Nas FAST TALKS da no CAM - Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, refletiu-se sobre como o valor tem de ir além da lógica produtiva, afirmando-se na relação entre fazer, preservar e transformar. O equilíbro entre o trabalho manual e a galopante evolução tecnológica é frágil mas, por isso mesmo, valioso, e reconhecê-lo também reside em saber acompanhar um campo em constante reconfirguração.

In an industry that promotes (often unrestrained) consumption, where does true value lie?

At the FAST TALKS of Lisboa Fashion Week at , we reflected on how value must go beyond the logic of production, asserting itself in the relationship between making, preserving, and transforming. The balance between manual labor and the galloping pace of technological evolution is fragile but, for that very reason, valuable, and recognizing this also lies in knowing how to keep up with a constantly reconfiguring field.

These FW26 collections unfold through processes of construction and manipulation that share a common origin: matter. Silhouettes, concepts and languages rely on a structural base, from which the work moves between technique and intuition to define a new material vocabulary.

Continuing its research into the preservation and expansion of crafts, MIRROR MIRROR ON THE WALL… WHO’S THE CUTEST OF THEM ALL? extends into new territories, such as the intervention of burel with Nisa felt embroidery, and mirror embroidery from Gujarat developed through the Homelore Project.

As FAST TALKS no CAM - Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, que decorreram no primeiro dia da , abordaram a realidade enquanto campo dinâmico e em constante construção, e os oradores refletiram sobre a Moda enquanto linguagem que ultrapassa o vestuário, operando como sistema de representação e construção de sentido. Entre o físico e o digital, discutiu-se como essa linguagem se expande através de novas tecnologias e contextos culturais, abrindo espaço para múltiplas leituras onde o “real” emerge não como origem, mas como relação, interpretação e narrativa.

The FAST TALKS at , which took place on the first day of Lisboa Fashion Week, addressed reality as a dynamic and constantly evolving field, and the speakers reflected on Fashion as a language that transcends clothing, operating as a system of representation and construction of meaning. Between the physical and the digital, they discussed how this language expands through new technologies and cultural contexts, opening space for multiple interpretations where the "real" emerges not as an origin, but as a relationship, interpretation, and narrative.

Estas coleções FW26 trabalham a partir de imagens já codificadas — a noiva, o músico em digressão, a mulher urbana, o excesso ornamental — para as intensificar e reconfigurar. O exagero, a escala extrapolada e o detalhe minucioso funcionam como ferramentas de diálogo entre arquétipos socialmente apreendidos e novas leituras contemporâneas da Moda.

Em PATAKERA, a acumulação de elementos, o ornamento e o contraste de volumes constroem uma silhueta marcada pelo confronto visual, onde as tranças e o pano de pinti são reconfigurados no processo autoral.

These FW26 collections draw on familiar archetypes — the bride, the touring musician, the urban woman, ornamental excess — and push them further, reshaping their meaning. Exaggeration, amplified scale and refined detail become tools to revisit what is already known, opening space for new and more contemporary readings of Fashion.

In PATAKERA, the accumulation of elements, ornamentation and contrasting volumes shape a silhouette defined by visual tension, where braids and pano de pinti are reconfigured through an authorial process.

O corpo nunca existe fora da forma que o enquadra, mas a forma pode e deve existir fora das normas que o limitam. Silhuetas, proporções, gestos, peles e posturas carregam histórias de disciplina, desejo e exclusão, moldados pelo tempo que as normalizou. Entre contenção e liberdade, a Moda torna-se um local onde se negociam os limites.

Nas FAST TALKS da no CAM - Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, os oradores refletiram sobre os sistemas que regulam a aparência e sobre a capacidade da Moda para os expor, tensionar ou reinventar. Entre forma e norma, mostrou-se como o corpo pode deixar de ser superfície de conformidade para se afirmar como espaço crítico, político e plural.

The body never exists outside the form that frames it, but form can and should exist outside the norms that limit it. Silhouettes, proportions, gestures, skin and posture carry histories of discipline, desire, and exclusion, shaped by the time that normalized them. Between restraint and freedom, Fashion becomes a place where limits are negotiated.

In the FAST TALKS of Lisboa Fashion Week at , the speakers reflected on the systems that regulate appearance and on Fashion's capacity to expose, challenge, or reinvent them. Between form and norm, it was shown how the body can cease to be a surface of conformity and assert itself as a critical, political, and plural space.

The body is both matter and social construction, shaped by norms, expectations and mechanisms of control. In the FW26 season, these Designers reflect on how bodies become a territory where fragility and resistance coexist. How do we navigate the tension of discomfort?
