I did it!
Last Monday I set up a challenge for myself: to make the clothes I was going to wear to the following Saturday's lunch (my cousin turned 40 🍻).
I made everything from scratch. It's not perfect but for a first attempt at making my own clothes, it was definitely a success.

Once upon a time, there was a Princess who had to stay home, with her 5 year old daughter, for several months. Don't worry, she survived. As she was a very hot Princess, she expanded, and her jeans didn't fit anymore. Luckily she was also crafty and so she went online to get some ideas, took a dress she had thrifted, upcycled the pants and had enough fabric left to make a matching top as well! And she lived comfortably and happily ever after. The end.

This was the 1st project I croched this year. It's a light and delicate handmade cardigan. The stitches feel like lace. This is a unique piece as I believe the yarn color has been discontinued.
Hypoallergenic yarn.
100% acrylic.
