We are looking for a Sales officer

Online & shop sales representative. 
-assist customers with purchase decision
-retrieve and prepare (price tags, ironing etc.) merch from the inventory location (production department, deposit etc.)
-keeps inventory and track of products stock, sizes and variants
-collect payments using the store POS system & online integration
-visual merch of the shop & website
-keeps shop clean & good looking
-customer care in shop and online
-involves in pop ups/campaigns / brand activation actions
-manage website (product inventory, descriptions etc.)
-organize, prepares & send orders
-manage customer accounts, requests and complaints.
-basic accounting

Ideal candidate:
Proactive
Organized
Detail oriented
Digital skills
Fluent English & Romanian
People person
Curious and willing to evolve.

Full time (including some Saturdays), paid position.
