The fabric used for this top used to be a table cloth, the skirt is partially an ex black curtain, partially a lace curtain.

This used to be a really oversized dress which allowed some freedom to cut two pieces out of all the fabric

And for this top, this used to be a beautiful symmetrical tablecloth which allowed me to mirror the patterns for the structured parts of it.
