International Workshop on Current Research in Textile Archaeology along the Nile. Ancient Egypt has preserved a huge quantity of textiles, mainly made of linen, while other areas have preferred other materials, such as wool and cotton. The main topic of this workshop will be the investigation of resources and processing of fibres in textile production in Ancient Egypt and Sudan through archaeology, philology and iconography.

Acoperământul de mormânt al doamnei Tudosca, soţia domnitorului Vasile Lupu

- Muzeul Mănăstirii Trei Ierarhi, sec. 17
- Intervenţie de conservare
- Materiale: fir de mătase, argint, argint aurit

Broderiile de la Mănăstirea Trei Ierarhi au fost restaurate de Carmen Marian în urmă cu 35 de ani, iar zilele acestea, în vederea prezentării la expoziţia de la Muzeul Luvru din Paris - „Broderii liturgice de tradiţie bizantină din România” - le-au fost aplicate tratamente de conservare curativă.
