In collaboration with Institutul RoNeuro in Cluj-Napoca (Neurological Research and Diagnostic Center), we delved into the intricate realm of sleep patterns among Romanians. Recognizing the increasing instances of sleep deprivation, we launched THE FIRST NATIONAL SLEEP QUALITY STUDY to assess individual habits and identify areas for improvement.

Crafted with RoNeuro specialists' assistance, the questionnaire aimed to unravel the factors impacting sleep quality. The study assessed the prevalence of sleep disorders, delved into causes of suboptimal sleep quality, and explored lifestyle influences on sleep.

The preliminary results have illuminated the multifaceted factors shaping sleep quality for Romanians. Leveraging the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), data processing involved calculating a sleep quality score for each respondentโ€”a meticulous yet essential undertaking.
