1.Informatii despre comanda
Articolele sunt expediate la adresa indicata in momentul depunerii comenzii. Livrarea articolelor se realizeaza prin Curier, in regim colet cu ramburs. Timpul de livrare este variabil in functie de destinatia aleasa de Client. Intarzierile de livrare nu pot fi prevenite in caz de forta majora.

Cheltuielile de transport vor fi suportate de cump

3.Rasounsuri privind expedierea:
①Q: Când începe expedierea? De luni până duminică de la 9:00 la 18:00, vom aranja livrarea comenzilor i. Comanda poate fi livrata în termen de 3-7 zile lucratoare de la data expedierii (cu excepția conditiilor meteorologice nefavorabile,sau a unor motive speciale, situatie in care vă rugăm să iertați intarzierile).

③Q: Ce ar trebui să fac dacă articolul este pierdut sau deteriorat în timpul expedierii? Dacă descoperiți la livrare că bunurile sunt deteriorate sau lipsesc în momentul semnării, vă sugerăm să verificați politica de returnare și să ne contactați in cel mai scurt timp pentru a gestiona returnarea!
