Manufacturing process of a felt strip for M31 German helmet liner.

If there is a cloth or synthetic fabric in your copy of the liner, change it to a good, proper felt!

In German balaclavas, felt was used as a soft padding, not cloth! Felt is pressed wool fibers, and broadcloth is a fabric. They look similar in appearance, but the difference in properties is significant.

The color of the felt varied from gray to brown.

The width of the strip is about 4 cm, the strip is bent (about 7 mm) and at the same time covers the inner rim of the liner (which itself is 35 mm) almost completely.

Decal marking for the smoke M24 dummy. The feature of this product is that it gives the same effect as if you applied the paint with a stamp. The decal has a removable varnish layer: after installation, the varnish layer is removed as a film and only the paint remains on the surface of the product.

Our own manufactured М38 camo smock. The print is designed from scratch, the patterns are made and it sewn from the original sample.

High-quality camouflage: fully and in detail corresponds to the Lateral Planetree camouflage.

There is an elastic band and a wind flap on the throat. On the chest there are 2 slots with flaps for access to the pockets of the jacket. They differ from the same ones on the 1940 model, there is an additional bar, which was later simplified. The cuffs of the sleeves are made of the edge of the fabric roll, it's another feature.
