New year, new changes! 🌟 Abecita and Swegmark have been sister brands since their start in the 1930s, both experts in garments that are closest to the body. Now it's time to take a step closer and unite the brands. Our vision is to become a natural, comfortable, and sustainable part of every woman's life with our underwear, swimwear, and sports bras. There is no better symbol to represent our common love for supporting women every day than our female symbol. Swegmark gets a new beautiful symbol, and we welcome Abecita as a natural part of Swegmark.

1. Look in the mirror, raise your arms above your head and be attentive to changes.
Do your breasts maintain their usual shape and color? Do the ni***es appear as usual, and do they move upward when you raise your arms?

2. Search your breasts. Place your left hand behind your head.
With your right hand, feel through your left breast and armpit, and vice versa.

3. Lay down and search. Place your left hand under your head and feel through your left breast and armpit.
How do the breasts feel? Any lumps or hard areas? Is the size and firmness of the breasts normal?
