It’s been the busiest stretch of the season, which has meant very little time to post or create content.

In between fittings and deliveries, this lightweight ripstop field jacket came together. Wanting to bring out more character in the cloth from the beginning, I even gave it a 60°C wash to speed up the patina and soften the fabric slightly.

Designed as an easy, practical layer for spring and summer, with four functional pockets, a clean stand collar, and a drawstring waist to shape it as needed.

One of the most formal forms of evening dress, and increasingly rare to see made properly.

This dinner jacket was made in ivory wool barathea with silk-faced peak lapels, cut double-breasted with covered buttons and a soft structured shoulder. Paired with traditional evening trousers featuring a silk braid.

Details matter here - handmade buttonholes, carefully balanced lapel proportions, and a clean front that allows the contrast between ivory and black to do the work.

Classic formal dress, made with the same care as everything else that leaves the workroom.

Shetland tweed from - woven in England using hardy, characterful wool that softens beautifully with wear.
