This last quarter of the year has been a reset… honestly, this whole year has.
So many moments I kept in a vault — and so many pieces of myself, too.

London and Paris pressed the reset button for me.
They reminded me to breathe, to listen, to be present…
to appreciate what’s in front of me,
and to gently let go of what no longer supports this next chapter.

So this is me choosing presence over perfection.
Choosing to show up again.
Choosing to create again.

And whew… being vulnerable on here? 0/10, would not recommend 😭😂
