Our Story
We started FredFloris in 2021 as a family-owned business based in Jönköping, Sweden, but the story of FredFloris doesn’t begin there. Instead of finding even a decent leather belt, he found “genuine” (which was code for cheap) leather belts and belts that failed to meet his fairly basic criteria. Fred wanted a leather belt that was full-grain leather, made with high-quality material, an
d would last for generations. After all, an item that embodied masculine fashion and portrayed ambition deserved to be passed down and shared for generations. The frustration and struggle of finding a belt that met his expectations led him to his solution: create his own leather belt. Inspired by the generations that came before him and the generations that will come after him, Fred tested his creative powers. He turned his hobby into a business that celebrates life in all of its stages. Mission Statement
